Westfield House offers distance learning courses as a means of providing an introduction to Biblical and Confessional theological studies from a Lutheran perspective to interested adults and students who are first beginning to embark upon a course of theological studies. At present the courses of study available through distance learning include:

Distance Learning

•  An Introduction to the Augsburg Confession
• An Introduction to the Old Testament
• An Introduction to the New Testament
• An Introduction to Church History
• An Introduction to Doctrinal Theology

Normally, regular internet access is required to participate fully in the distance learning programme. Students who plan to continue their studies in-house towards a Diploma in Theology or Certificate in Theology may apply credit hours gained from the distance learning courses towards their overall academic requirements.
