Shared occupancy of rooms for members (ordinarily Westfield House students) will be charged at £600 per term, and pro-rata throughout vacations (including periods of non-occupancy during vacations).

Single occupancy (when available) will be charged at 1.5 X the shared occupancy rate, and on the same terms

Students will be permitted to offer accommodation to relatives or same gender guests within their own room for up to 5 person nights per term without charge, provided that details are given to the administrator prior to occupancy, including a copy of photo and visa pages from the passport of non EU guests, and provided that the student accepts responsibility for the guest(s) and launders and irons any additional bed-linens used. Separate keys will not be issued to these guests. Additional guest accommodation, including any which requires use of an unoccupied room, will be charged at the non-member rate.

During periods of vacation absence students will be permitted to make their room available to guests by agreement with the Preceptor without additional charge for the room, provided that details are given to the administrator prior to occupancy, including copy of photo and visa pages from the passport of non EU guests, and provided that the student accepts responsibility for the guest(s) and launders and irons any additional bed-linens used.

The non-member accommodation charge will be £20 per person for the first night and £15 for subsequent nights.

All occupancy will be billed. Visiting lecturers and official guests of Westfield House will be billed to the House, and an appropriate budget set for the purpose. Official guests of the church and ELCE conferences may be accommodated at the expense of the ELCE.

Guest occupancy in Luther Hall does not automatically entail access to facilities in Westfield House such as library, computers and internet access. Use of these facilities must be arranged with the librarian.

Luther Hall is a Christian environment, where people live as a community, and all occupants are expected to respect its ethos, and cooperate in the running of the facility and the well being of those who live there.

Any groups of visitors under the age of 18 years must be appropriately supervised, and an agreement reached with the Preceptor. Leaders must formally agree to the ELCE child protection procedures.

A room key deposit may be charged for each occupant, and will be refunded when keys are returned and the room is vacated in good order at the conclusion of their stay.
